台灣花蓮金針花. 無磺 無漂 合格商品

本店賣的金針花產銷履歷完整,品質保證,營養價值高‧   金針又稱「母親花」、「黃花菜」，屬百合科，

江蕙有唱一首歌，金針花頭低低，就是在唱母親花，金針花

來自花蓮高山的金針花蓮玉里赤柯山、富里的六十石山，和台東太麻里並列為台灣金針的三大產地

台灣監測嚴格，所以金針養殖都採全程無農藥栽培，無硫磺漂白，每年7-9月金針花產季來到的時候，人工手摘，以低溫

烘乾16小時以上，呈現自然原色。    食用口感上，高山金針口感較脆也較甜，相較平地金針口感較堅韌，高山金針在種

植比較需要較高成本跟照料，因為口感較好，普遍價格都會比平地金針要高~ 

上等的高山金針花，不但可以煎金針蛋，煮金針湯，炒金針花，炸金針酥，還可以泡金針花茶喔，... 淺力無窮的金針花
