錫蘭紅茶，產地越南.


原產地於斯里蘭卡，又被稱為「西冷紅茶」、「細蘭紅茶」 一般都是早餐店，飲料店，奶茶店在使用.


錫蘭紅茶的喝法有原味和調味兩種。可以熱飲，也可冰鎮；可享受甘甜、醇厚的原味，也可添加其他物質如牛奶（奶


精）、蜂蜜、果汁等，調配成多種風味。 沖泡茶葉方式：將茶葉直接放入茶壺中加入熱水即可，第一泡約50秒，依序


增加一些時間，直到沒味道即可換掉.


阿薩姆紅茶，以及伯爵紅茶


產地越南，一般煮法建議用量 阿薩姆紅茶 50公克 加水1800公克 加糖80公克，後將水煮開8分鐘後，


撈起茶包(茶葉)不要擠壓茶包或茶葉讓他自然滴出茶水，才不會苦澀.
