從前，堅果還未很流行，約二十幾年前吧(當時流行五穀米，生吞黑豆，十穀米等等)，有一家貿易商，從美國進了一

個貨櫃的帶殼杏仁果. 熟的帶殼杏仁果，因為沒人見過，(早期只有用杏仁豆切條狀拌進小魚乾，叫做杏仁小魚乾，

日本進口，很貴很好吃) ，所以銷售裝況不佳，四處碰壁，乏人問津.    

然後貿易商找到迪化街來，找到我們家老闆，我老闆說：好醜的杏仁果..但是一試吃，哪知是那麼的好吃，杏仁果仁，

一入口喀下，先是核桃的香氣先由鼻孔湧現冒出，先香你一下，再來標準的杏仁果香味衝滿你的口腔，可是尾段

竟然還冒出了開心果的香甜，  哇，三種堅果香混合再一起，咀嚼起來真是爽快喔. 真是好吃.  

因為這個帶殼杏仁果吃起來，尾段有開心果的韻味，所以我們取名開心杏仁果.

一直到現在，我們店裡每年【年貨大街】，也必賣開心杏仁果，賣到今年2021年還在賣喔， 每年也都賣的超多量，

，沒吃過的客人，有機會買來試試喔
